Cheese set - Whisky barrel stave

This lovely set is made from a stave of a whisky barrel that was first used for sherry. This explains the nice reddish colour on the inside of the barrel. The cheese board is 46 cm long and 11,5 cm wide at it's widest point. The steel in the knife is high quality Sheffield Steel. The set has been treated with a high grade food safe oil.
